Description:
“Help a Supervisor Out!” explores the real-world challenges impacting today’s clinicians, including burnout, time constraints, documentation pressures, and evolving expectations around professionalism and ethics. Participants will examine how systemic factors influence supervisee performance and client outcomes, while gaining practical, actionable tools to address these challenges in supervision.
Objectives:
Identify ethical responsibilities of supervisors in balancing productivity, client care, and supervisee well-being.
Analyze workplace factors that impact supervisee performance and ethical decision-making.
Apply supervision strategies to support time management, documentation, and caseload organization.
Evaluate ethical dilemmas using established decision-making frameworks.
Demonstrate effective supervision techniques to support supervisee growth and professionalism.
